Vivo V11 Pro Android Pie 9.0 update arrives – PiunikaWeb

Chinese telecom company Vivo’s 2018 mid-range smartphone V11 Pro shipped with Android Oreo 8.1 (upgradable to Android Pie 9.0) and is powered by the company’s own skin Funtouch OS 4.5.

Back in February this year, the company informed that Android Pie update will land on Vivo V11 Pro in March. But last week only, there came a heads-up saying the update has been delayed to the second quarter of this year.

V11 Pro users were clearly disappointed due the delay at Vivo’s end in delivering the much awaited Android 9.0.

But incoming is a good news.

Finally Android Pie update has been pushed to Vivo V11 Pro. The confirmation about the update’s arrival on V11 Pro devices in India came from a couple of Twitter users who even shared the changelog. The update bears build number 6.10.0 and weighs ~310GB.

One of the V11 Pro users even shared a video which showcases the complete change log.
